Well, the back pain has centralized to one specific spot which is good. So that means i either bumped or strained the spot and the fibro kicked in or it was a fibro flare and it is deminishing. Today I woke up with a sever headache. Sinus pressure, pain in the eyes, ears and nose. My cheeks feel llike someone whacked me with a shovel. So I guess if its not one thing, its another.
I had a checkup today with a GP and aside from the fact that he noticed I didnt shave my legs, I am fine. He is sending me for an echo and a heart monitor for my heart. I keep gettingthese heart palpitations or anxiety attacks. Better safe than saorry, he says. Its good to have all this baseline tests on file because women are good candidates for heart attack and this could help if i even have one.
Because I am TTCing, i cant take anything for my head. So after a few hours of hoping it would go away I caved and took a sudafed and tylenol. I am going to force my child into a nap (even if i have to lock him in his room j/k) so I can take a nap. He has been pretty good and hasnt tested me too much. I think he knows his mommy is in pain. Either that or he is saving it up for one big blow. I better brace myself now.
