Tomorrow the husband had planned on going to some car test drive and probably leaveing before J woke up. He would be gone pretty much all morning and probably be back in enough time for naptime. After being away all week he actually thinks its ok to spend more time away from his family. He has a test drive on Saturday and on Sunday. Sometimes I just dont understand him. Where does he think that its ok to leave me alone all the time? He gets to do all sorts of things like this. He even has 1/3 of a season of hockey tickets.
I get a call from him that he landed and he is on his way home. I tell him that tomorrow we are supposed to get these terrencial rains tomorrow and I am not exactly comfortable having him drive wherever this test drive thing is. I wasnt going to tell him that his son has been asking for him all week. That I am not his only child and he actually stopped asking me if daddy is coming home.
Wait, sorry about that tangent there. Ill get back to it.
So after I tell him about the rain he ACTUALLY said to me that he cancelled the test drive for tomorrow and wants to take the kid to the movies. Did I hear that right? He is actually putting his family, i mean his wife and most importantly, his child ahead of himself?
What the hell happened on this business trip?
